Oh geez, I know I said I would try and keep up with my entries, but I have a decent excuse! Last week I was under the impression I had a 10-page research paper due on Friday of that week. Sunday at midnight, I decided to double check, and to my horror it was actually due Wednesday!! AHHHH
Anyway I spent all of my Monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday doing the assignment. What an academic excursion! I spent the rest of my week catching up on sleep and missed assignments.
This most recent Saturday, I went with the Asian Cultural Society to Syracuse. We decided to go to a Korean restaurant, and it was delicious! It was only an hour away, and. I had spicy Korean seafood soup and seafood pancakes.
After that we did some karaoke, and that was hilarious. Our highest score was on Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream - hahaha. Though I am not formally part of the Asian Cultural Society, the members were still very welcoming and friendly.
What else have been up to? Hmm, well I have been giving tons of tours all week. Many juniors and accepted students are in and out of the admissions office.
Coming up: ACCPETED STUDENTS DAY!!! AHH I will be speaking on a panel about student life, so feel free to say hello! Hopefully I’ll be seeing you soon!
