December 8, 2010 Winter has finally arrived!
Alrighty…this one’s going to be short and sweet because I have a tremendous amount of work to do in a very short time frame.
So to break it up a bit and maintain my sanity, I went running through Minor Field this evening with my friend Helen Higgins ’13. Minor Field right now is covered in a blanket of freshly fallen snow. For those of you not paying attention to weather reports for Clinton, it has been snowing non-stop for the past few days. And it is beautiful here on campus. It’s like living in a snow globe.
So to get my fix of snow before I head home for the holidays, I bundled up in fleece pants, winter jacket and water proof gloves and went gallivanting across the snow-covered field. It was lovely. At one point I was up to my waist in snow. I was also celebrating having just turned in my final paper for English. Heading home in about a week and I am quite excited.
Just gotta get through finals and write a paper about trout in the Adirondacks.
