On Saturday my fraternity threw a barbeque at the pavilion on campus. It was a gorgeous, sunny afternoon and we grilled some burgers, hotdogs, and chicken. We started around one and by mid-afternoon there were over a hundred people there.
Someone brought bocce balls, a bunch of guys started a football game, and I spent the majority of the afternoon throwing around a frisbee with a few friends. I forgot how much fun it can be to get a bunch of people together and spend the day outside relaxing and socializing.
It was warm enough on Saturday that most people were wearing shorts and t-shirts. Right now, as I’m writing this, I’m watching a few snowflakes fluttering around outside my window. But I guess that’s Hamilton for you.
