Evan Warnock, co-chair of Hamilton America Reads, quoted, "Heart + head = hustle." Having just the "heart" to help is not enough to be a social entrepreneur. As a panel member said, "helping out requires a lot"; an organization also needs the "head" to devise tactics for sustainability. It needs a stable leadership base, various continuous ways to advertise its cause, and flexible interactions between constant feedback and change. Constant and sustainable participation is an organization's greatest achievement. Speakers also had advice for future entrepreneurs: there is no need to start something new – just find what you can improve. Whether you are starting something new or adding your own spin to a project, Hamilton has the resources and help to get you going, many of whom were present and participating at this Think Tank lunch.
