The ITS Help Desk and Help @ Night provides computer technical support for Hamilton College standard software, hardware, e-mail, and network related problems on Windows XP and Macintosh OS X computers.
If a hardware problem is detected, the Help Desk will help coordinate a repair through VITEC, the on-site repair service.
ITS provides support services for computer, audiovisual, telephone and network technologies. Staff are available to assist in the use of technology in the classroom, to conduct training workshops, to help configure your laptop, and much more. The network group maintains online storage areas and e-mail for all students, faculty and staff.
This is an environmentally controlled and locked room where the library stores rare books and other special collections. It contains 68 incunabula, manuscript materials of Ezra Pound '05, Communal Societies such as the Shakers, important major treatises of polar explorers, unique materials of local history including Oneida county Civil War regiments and much more.

They are perfect for printing up your electronic course reserves.
Wordprocessing software is not installed on these computers.
