Welcome Shay Foley!

Shay Foley joined LITS on January 4th as Director, Metadata and Digital Strategies.  In this position he provides leadership for cataloging, metadata creation, library information systems, digitization, data curation and preservation. Shay comes to us from Vassar College where he was most recently, Assistant Director of the Libraries for Technology and Digital Initiatives.  In a varied career at Vassar, Shay worked in the Computer Store, oversaw information systems for the Alumni Association, and systems and digital activities in the Vassar Libraries.
