The Office of Diversity and Accessibility (ODA)
The Office of Diversity and Accessibility is responsible for:

Assisting students with their transition to college.

Providing leadership in the development of educational, cultural, and social programs and activities.

Fostering a campus climate that respects the uniqueness of all its members.

Serving as an advocate for students from diverse racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations.

Building coalitions with other organizations and departments throughout the Hamilton College community.
ODA's Guiding Principle: To celebrate diversity; To promote respect and civility; To challenge students to grow in their understanding of themselves and others; To encourage the free expression of widely varying views.
