An introduction to the geology of the Southwestern United States, ideal for students of the subject as well as anyone with more than just a casual interest in the natural wonders of the region. The author is a research scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico. His book is dedicated with great appreciation to Professor Emeritus Donald B.
