	The Hamilton community observed the 10th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks with a silent march and candlelight vigil at the Chapel on Sunday, Sept. 11.&amp;nbsp; Early in the day, students from the Hamilton Republicans and Democrats placed 3,000 small memorial flags along Martin&amp;rsquo;s Way, the pathway of the vigil march.
