The full committee hearing, titled &amp;ldquo;Welfare Reform: A New Conversation on Women and Poverty,&amp;rdquo; examined the challenges faced by women in poverty&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;the effects of changes in welfare legislation.</description>
