The Hamilton College fall sports season kicks off on Tuesday, Sept. 3, when women’s soccer hosts SUNY Oswego for a non-conference game at 4 p.m.

Men’s soccer and field hockey begin their seasons the following day. Men’s soccer welcomes Oswego to campus for a 4 p.m. match, and field hockey travels to SUNY Oneonta for a 6 p.m. game.

Women’s volleyball plays four matches at the University of Rochester Invitational on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 6 and 7. Men’s tennis participates in the Stony Brook Invitational from Sept. 6 to Sept. 8. The women’s tennis season gets underway at Union College on Sept. 24, followed by the home opener the next day against Utica College.

Hamilton football begins its season with back-to-back home games against Amherst College on Sept. 21 and Wesleyan University on Sept. 28. The tilt against Wesleyan is during Fallcoming, which will take place from Sept. 27 through Sept. 29. Other home events during Fallcoming include a pair of women’s volleyball matches, as well as and soccer and field hockey games against Wesleyan.

The cross country schedule features three home events this year. In addition to the Short Course Invitational on Sept. 14 and the Hamilton Invitational on Oct. 12, the Continentals host the 2013 New York State Collegiate Track Conference Championships on Oct. 26.

Hamilton hosts the Bridge-to-Bridge Regatta on Oct. 12 for the only home event during the fall season for men's and women’s crew. The men’s and women’s golf fall schedules will be announced at a later date.
