Allie Pohl '07 is Visiting Artist at Denver Gallery

Allie Pohl '07 will be the visiting artist from June 5-Aug. 1 at The Fu Collective and Gallery in Denver, Colo. The work is series of porcelain figures that will grow salvia hispanica (chia pet seed) from pre-pubescent to womanhood.
The growth of salvia hispanica articulates that the female condition is not as shrink wrapped as Mattel presents it. Pohl is cuerrently enrolled in an MFA program at the University of Denver.
