In two games (a 1-0 win over nationally ranked No. 14 Williams and a 3-3 tie against Middlebury), Buitenhuis stopped 78 of 81 shots. Saturday's blanking of Williams was the program's first 1-0 win in 372 games and marked Buitenhuis' second shutout of the season and his third in just 12 career appearances.

He stopped all 42 shots he faced against the Ephs and ranks ninth nationally in goals-against average (1.55) and third in save percentage (.957).

Hamilton (4-3-1, 2-2-1 NESCAC) is idle until Jan. 1 when the Continentals host Skidmore in a 4 p.m. non-conference game at the Clinton Arena.
