A New York native, now residing in Los Angeles, Jamie Lissow has been called, "The best writer since Seinfeld" and "Adam Sandler without the guitar. At 24, Jamie is one of the youngest performers working the National comedy circuit. As a recent college graduate, and an even more recent law school dropout, Jamie entertainingly shares his diverse college experiences and unique family upbringing with audiences across the country. His insights cover everything from; when to schedule classes so that attendance is not required, to how many classes one must take to still be eligible for benefits such as college football tickets. Appearing in numerous commercials, Jamie has been seen on Comedy Central and been a contributing writer for the Tonight Show. He has performed with such comedians as Chris Rock, Norm McDonald, and has been caught backstage after a comedy set eating Rodney Dangerfield's dressing room cold cuts. When asked, Jamie states that he is "only doing comedy until he can save up enough money to become a waiter". His unique style however, has led to his touring many Colleges and Universities where he delivers intelligent stand-up comedy tailored to the college mind!.
