Hamilton College's Wall Street Association is holding its spring 2010 event on Tuesday, March 23. Featuring a panel of industry experts, the event will focus on the Real Estate Outlook for 2010 and Beyond.

The event will be hosted by Ronald R. Pressman '80, President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate. The panelists, who include the following, will provide their thoughts and insights on the state of the real estate sector and its impact on the overall economy: 

Philip L. Hawkins '78, President and CEO, DCT Industrial Trust
David H. Steinwedell '81, Managing Partner, Stoneforge Advisors, LLC
Edmund F. Taylor '82, Managing Director, Global Head - Real Estate Finance, Credit Suisse
Donald W. Torey '79, President, Alternative Investments, GE Asset Management
Bruce E. Treen '80, Principal, Pearson Partners, Inc.

The event will start at 6 p.m., with the panel discussion beginning promptly at 6:40 p.m. It will be held at the New York Athletic Club at 180 Central Park South.

The event costs $55 per person ($45 for the GOLD Group) and traditional business attire (jacket and collared shirt for men and comparable attire for women) is require. There will be a hosted bar and light food. The event is open to all finance professionals and all graduates, parents, and friends of the college.
