Dr. Les Roberts will present "Three African Wars: Three Divergent Takes of Mortality Tallies" on Thursday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Red Pit at KJ.
Roberts is an epidemiologist at Columbia University's Mailman School of Health. His latest work has been for UNICEF in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in the Central African Republic, where he's been attempting to better document the violations of child rights by armed combatants as is required under UN Resolution 1612.
Roberts spoke at Hamilton in 2005 and 2006.
