Arresting Images: Senior Art Projects 2000, an exhibition of works of art created by Hamilton College seniors majoring in art, will be presented at the Emerson Gallery from April 17 through May 20, 2000. The works by 19 young artists will include paintings, sculpture, photography, video, ceramics and installation pieces. The exhibition marks the culmination of four years of work for the students involved and offers the community a wonderful opportunity to see the fruits of the students' labors. An opening reception will be held at the Emerson Gallery on Saturday, April 22, from 3-5 p.m. Both the exhibition and the opening reception are free and open to the public.

Students whose work will be on view include Karlton Bontrager, Cara Brendler, Holly N. Brown, Amanda Chaimovitch, Josh Cooper, Phoebe Dick, kyle HaRrIs*, Elisabeth Judson, Melissa Kelly, Lauren Koss, Kelly Kruk, Brook Noland, Jessica Pierce, Rebecca Rosenthal, Catherine Rotolo, Chris Schuster, Mara Whalen, Carl Wohnsen, and Jessica Wojdak.

The Emerson Gallery is located on the campus of Hamilton College, in Christian Johnson Hall, directly behind the college chapel.
