Members of the Hamilton College faculty will participate in a panel discussion on Dr. Martin Luther King's legacy, titled "Martin Luther King, Jr.: A Generation Later," on Monday, January 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. The event is free and open to the public.

Faculty participants will include Associate Professor of Government Carol Drogus, who studies popular political movements and human rights; Assistant Professor of Philosophy Todd Franklin; Professor of History Maurice Isserman, whose expertise is in the history of the 1960s, and reform and radical movements; and Associate Professor of Government Phil Klinkner, who studies race relations and American politics.

The panel, which will be moderated by Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty David Paris, will examine Dr. King's work from these various academic perspectives.
