Four Hamilton College women's lacrosse players have been selected for the 2015 Division III All-Region Team by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association.

2015 IWLCA Division III All-Region Team

Morgan Fletcher '17 (Wayland, Mass./Wayland HS) was placed on the first team in the Berkshire Region. Margaret Gabriel '16 (Washington, D.C./National Cathedral School), Ashleigh Stephan '15 (Avon, Conn./Ethel Walker School) and Hannah Withiam '16 (Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich Academy) all made the second team. A total of 32 players are on the all-region team in the Berkshire Region.

Fletcher collected NESCAC all-conference honors on April 30. The midfielder leads the Continentals with 28 goals and 34 points. She is ranked second with 18 draw controls and tied for third with 14 caused turnovers.

Gabriel picked up her second all-region team honor as she was also on the second team at attack in 2014. She leads Hamilton with eight assists and is ranked third with 26 points. Gabriel tops the team with 37 draw controls and is second with 34 ground balls.

Stephan leads the Continentals with 41 ground balls from her midfield position. She is ranked second with 24 goals and 15 caused turnovers. Stephan posted three goals and three ground balls in Sunday's 9-8 win in double overtime at Salisbury University in an NCAA championship second round game.

Withiam leads a defense that is ranked 25th in Division III with 7.71 goals allowed per game. She is third on the team with 29 ground balls and is tied for third with 14 caused turnovers.

Nationally ranked No. 13 Hamilton (12-5 overall) takes on NESCAC rival Middlebury College in an NCAA Division III Championship regional semifinal at Gettysburg College on Saturday, May 16, at 2:30 p.m.
