Hamilton held off a second-half rally from Hartwick anddefeated the Hawks 4-2. Courtney Zimmer opened the scoring for Hamilton just1:26 into the game and, after goals by Alissa Lange and Michelle Kennedy,Hamilton held a 3-0 midway through the half. But, Marci Short scored justbefore halftime and Tina Hogan just after as Hartwick closed to within one.But, brilliant goaltending by Azure Davey, who finished with 22 saves, and alate goal by Marissa Solomon iced the 4-2 win for the Continentals.
