Hamilton scored three third-period goals for a 4-2 comeback
victory over Oswego St. in the Continentals home opener. David Webb scored at
4:44 of the first period, unleashing a barrage of oranges from the
standing-room only crowd of 2,000, to give Hamilton a 1-0 lead. But Mark Kotary
answered with a goal for Oswego three minutes later and Justin McDonald scored
a short-handed tally midwat through the second to give the Lakers a 2-1 lead.
But Zac Sweetland, Brian Guastella and Brian Grady scored in the third to give
Hamilton the exciting 4-2 win. Brent Davey stopped 27 of 29 shots in goal for
Hamilton, while Carl Antifonario stopped 28 shots for Oswego.
