Michael Schantz and Kevin Thorpe each had 20 points as Hamiltonsnapped a four-game losing streak with a 76-64 victory over Utica College.Thorpe connected on 6-12 three point attempts, while Schantz also grabbed 11rebounds. Utica jumped out to a 6-0 lead, but Hamilton then went on a 13-2 runto take a lead it would never relinquish. The Continentals built a 64-46advantage with 8:16 remaining, but a 15-2 Utica run, sparked by two Matt Zehrthree-pointers, brought the Pioneers within five, at 66-61, with 2:28 left. Twostraight Schantz jumpers ended any hopes for a Utica comeback, however. AaronClark and Rich Kuc led the Pioneers, who have lost four in a row, with 14apiece.
