Nationally-renowned dance instructor Ken Avner will visit Hamilton College on Saturday, Feb. 5, to conduct a workshop on Israeli folkdance. The workshop will take place in the Fillius Events Barn from 2-5 p.m., and will feature an instruction period followed by an open dance period.
Avner has taught and performed Israeli folkdance for more than 20 years in Boston, New York, Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia and in Jerusalem. The workshop, sponsored by Hamilton Hillel, is free and open to the public.
