Hamilton College dropped a four-set match against the Connecticut College Camels (10-9, 5-4 NESCAC) in NESCAC competition Saturday at Conn. College's Luce Field House.

The Continentals (4-16, 0-8) dropped the first set 25-18 but tied the match with a 25-19 victory in the second. The Camels clinched the match with 29-27 and 25-22 wins in the third and fourth sets.

Ivanka Temnycky ’17, Jessica Weston ’17 and Courtney Somerville ‘16 collected eight kills each. Temnycky’s total was one short of her season high. Sarah Pfund ’14 led the Continentals with 30 assists and added eight digs.

Anna Brown ’15 posted team-highs with 17 digs and four service aces. Emily Rosen ’15 contributed nine digs and Emma Lonadier ’15 finished with eight. Somerville and Weston had three blocks apiece.

Hamilton is idle next weekend and then the Continentals host Bates College for another NESCAC match on Friday, Nov. 1, at 8 p.m.
