Sean Fay scored the tying run on a wild pitch in the bottom of the seventh and then singled home Sam Bono in the bottom of the ninth as Hamilton came back from a 9-5 sixth inning deficit to defeat visiting Hartwick 10-9 in nine innings in the second game of a double header.

In the first game, Hamilton (6-6) trailed 5-3 going into the bottom of the seventh. However, Matt Klumpp belted an RBI double to cut the Hawk lead to 5-4. With runners on second and third with one out, Fay hit a groundball to shortstop Pete Baran, who threw the ball away allowing two runs to cross and give Hamilton the 6-5 win. Hamilton's Steve Guillette pitched two innings for the win.

In the second game, the Continentals trailed 9-5 in the bottom of the sixth before Brian Guastella hit a three-run home run to cut the Hartwick (4-10) lead to one. Joe Rowbottom pitched three innings of no-hit ball for the win in the nightcap.
