Indoor track and field competes in Cornell Relays

Hamilton athletes excel in multi-divisional field

A handful of athletes from Hamilton College's indoor track & field team competed in the multi-divisional non-team scoring Cornell Relays at Barton Hall on Dec. 6.

Akilah Bond '09 finished ninth overall in the long jump at 16-feet-10 (5.13 meters). Her jump topped all Division III athletes. Bond holds the school record in the long jump.

TiDelco Ductan '09 took sixth place overall in the triple jump. His mark of 44-9 ½ (13.65m) was good for second among Division III athletes. Ductan owns the school record in the triple jump.

James Russell '09 took 11th place in the pole vault. He cleared 14-9 (4.5m), which was good for fourth among Division III competitors.
