INTERCOLLEGIATE READING SERIES TO BE HELD AT HAMILTON

Hamilton College will host its tenth
annual Intercollegiate Reading Series on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m., 3 p.m.
and 7 p.m. The 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. sessions will be held in the Kirner-Johnson
building Red Pit. The 3 p.m. session will be held at Cafe Opus in McEwen Hall.
All sessions are free and open to the general public.
In the 1 p.m. session, students from Hamilton and visiting colleges will read original poetry. Visiting participants include students from Dartmouth University, Skidmore College, St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University. The 3 p.m. session
will be an "open mike" for fiction writers and poets.
Visiting poet Richard Meier, a 1988 Hamilton graduate will read at the 7 p.m. session. Meier earned a masters degree from Syracuse University and now lives in eastern Mass.
