A paper co-authored by Derek Jones, the Irma M. and Robert D. Morris Professor of Economics, has been published as a chapter in Employee Ownership and Shared Capitalism: New Directions in Research. “Assessing Mondragon: Stability & Managed Change in the Face of Globalization,” was written with Saioa Arando, Fred Freundlich and Monica Gago of Mondragon University and Colgate University’s Takao Kato.
The book, edited by Edward Carberry, was published by the Labor and Employment Relations Association and is being distributed by ILR Press/Cornell University Press.
