“Rock” is the theme of the fifth session in the America’s Music film history screenings and musical performances, sponsored by the Kirkland Town Library (KTL) and Hamilton College’s Burke Library.
A rock concert featuring local bands Blister and The Tuesday Night Music Club will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m., in the Tolles Pavilion (Annex) at Hamilton College. The History of Rock n Roll: Episode 6, “Plugging In,” will be screened on Monday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m., at the KTL. Both events are free and open to the public.
