Three Hamilton College athletes from three sports were honored by the Liberty League on Sept. 14 when the league selected its weekly award winners.

Eric Boole '13 (Medfield, Mass./Medfield HS) was named a men's soccer co-defensive performer of the week. Anne Graveley '11 (Queensbury, N.Y./Queensbury HS) was a women's soccer co-offensive performer of the week pick. Marisa Spagnolo '12 (Bryn Mawr, Pa./Episcopal Academy) picked up field hockey co-defensive performer of the week honors.

Boole made eight saves to post a shutout in his first collegiate start as Hamilton played Ithaca College to a scoreless tie on Sept. 12. The men's soccer team hosts SUNY Oswego on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.

Graveley scored two goals in Hamilton's 3-2 win at SUNY Oswego on Sept. 12. Her second goal gave the Continentals a 3-1 lead in the 72nd minute. The women's soccer team travels to SUNY Cortland on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Spagnolo led a defense that allowed just three shots in a 4-0 win against Utica College on Sept. 12. She was also credited with an assist, which happened to be her first point at Hamilton. The field hockey team hosts nationally ranked No. 6 SUNY Cortland on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.
