Visiting Professor of Art History Scott MacDonald’s interview with filmmaker Pawel Wojtasik, “Perception as Transcendence,” has been published in the winter issue of Film Quarterly.

Wojtasik visited Hamilton in November to present several of his videos at F.I.L.M. (Forum on Image and Language in Motion). For Wojtasik, a Buddhist mystic who grew up in Poland during the Cold War, filmmaking is about facing what you are afraid to see.
