A memorial service has been scheduled for Benjamin Claassen, the Hamilton College first-year student who died with his father in a plane crash two weeks ago. The service will take place on Friday, Nov. 8, at 4 p.m. in the Hamilton Chapel.

Ben Claassen was returning to the college after a fall break weekend at his home in Washington D.C. The single engine plane went down in the woods behind Brookside School in Chadwicks. National Transportation Safety Board investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the accident.
