Hamilton College is in fourth place after the first day of the 2015 NESCAC Golf Championship at Middlebury College's Ralph Myhre Golf Course on Saturday.

Results

Middlebury leads the way with a four-man team score of 298 and Williams College is close behind at 303. Trinity College is in third place at 313 and Hamilton rounds out the field at 320. The team champion qualifies for the NCAA championship next month.

Bayard Geeslin '16 posted the Continentals' best round of the day with a 78. Riley Burgess '18 added a 79 for Hamilton, which earned a spot in this event by finishing second in the NESCAC Qualifier at The Skenandoa Club back in September.

The Continentals compete in the second and final day of the NESCAC Golf Championship on Sunday, April 26. The round begins at 10 a.m.
