Hamilton College's Dan Tempest '13 (Hopewell Junction, N.Y./Arlington Senior HS) has been selected to the 2011 College Division Scholar All-East Region Team by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Tempest was an honorable mention selection. He started all 14 games for Hamilton, which finished the year with a 5-6-3 record, including 2-0-2 in the last four games. He led a defense that posted three shutouts, and scored his first two career goals against Utica College on Oct. 25. Tempest earned 2011 NESCAC fall all-academic honors.
