Men's soccer salvages tie at Conn. College


The Hamilton College Continentals and the Connecticut College Camels played to a 2-2 tie in a NESCAC game at Conn. College's Tempel Green on Sept. 21.

Hamilton's Trevor Bobola '15 and Dan Kraynak '15 scored one goal apiece, and Harris Pollack '17 made a career-high six saves in his first start for the Continentals.

Hamilton (1-2-2 overall, 0-1-2 NESCAC) grabbed a 1-0 lead in the sixth minute when Bobola converted a through ball from Kraynak for his second goal this year. Nine minutes later, Kraynak scored his first career goal for the Continentals on a shot from the 18. Ethan Kelly '14 was credited with an assist.

Conn. College (2-1-2, 0-1-2) enjoyed a 27-11 shot advantage. 

The Continentals host Wesleyan University for another NESCAC game as part of Hamilton's Fallcoming Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 28.
