Franklin & Marshall College defeated visiting Hamilton College 8-1 at the Mayser Center in the last match of Hamilton’s Washington, D.C., training trip on Jan. 14.

 

Franklin & Marshall (2-3 overall) was No. 11 in the most recent College Squash Association rankings, while Hamilton (3-4) was 21^st.

 

Ronald German '13 picked up a win for the Continentals at the eighth position. German dropped his first game, 11-6, but rallied to win the next three by scores of 11-4, 11-3 and 11-3. With the win, German improved his season record to 4-3.

 

The Continentals return to action on Saturday, Jan. 16, when they travel to play Williams College for a match at 4 p.m.
