Hamilton College's Reid Swartz '15 (Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles Central School) earned a spot on the 2014 NESCAC Men's Swimming & Diving All-Conference Team based on his performance at the 2014 conference championship meet.

Swartz also made last year's all-conference team for the 50-yard backstroke and the 800 freestyle relay. All individuals and relays that finished in the top three of any event at the 2014 championships, which were held at Bowdoin College from Feb. 21 through Feb. 23, make the all-conference team.
Swartz finished in third place in the 50 back championship finals at this year's NESCAC meet. He broke his own school record in the event with a time of 23.29 seconds. Swartz broke another school record and made an NCAA Division III championships provisional cut in the 100 back with a time of 50.60 seconds.
