Hamilton College's Reid Swartz '15 captured first place in two backstroke events and the Continentals hosted a quadrangular meet with Hartwick College, Ithaca College and SUNY Geneseo at Hamilton's Bristol Pool on Nov. 23.

Results

Swartz led the field in the 100-yard back with a time of 53.89 seconds and touched the wall first in the 200 back in 1:58.00. He also finished second in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:02.40.

Conor Collins '14 ended up fifth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:49.71 and was sixth in the 100 free in 49.81 seconds. Ryan Cassidy '17 took fourth place in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:20.98 and landed in fifth place in the 1,000 free with a time of 10:18.02.

John McBratney '16 recorded a third-place finish in the 500 free with a time of 4:55.66, and Alex Jones '16 was fifth in the 100 butterfly in 55.75 seconds.

The Continentals lost to all three teams in dual meet format. Hamilton won't compete again until Saturday, Dec. 7, when the Continentals travel to Trinity College to take on the Bantams and Connecticut College.
