Men's tennis falls to No. 30 Tufts

Moreno '11 wins singles and doubles matches for Hamilton

Mike Moreno '11 won his second singles match in as many days, but visiting Hamilton College fell to nationally ranked No. 30 Tufts University, 7-2, in a New England Small College Athletic Conference contest played in Medford, Mass., on April 5.

Moreno won at fourth flight in straight sets for the Continentals, 6-3, 6-2. He teamed up with Peter Erwin '11 for Hamilton's only other win of the day at third flight doubles. The duo won its match, 9-7.

Hamilton (1-7 overall, 0-2 NESCAC) travels to Hobart College on Wednesday, April 8, for a non-conference match. Tufts improved its record to 7-4 overall and 2-3 in the conference.
