Hamilton College men's outdoor track and field athlete Scott Bickard '11 (Bethpage, N.Y./Bethpage HS) earned New England Small College Athletic Conference all-conference honors for his performance in the 2011 NESCAC championships at Wesleyan University on April 30.

Bickard finished second out of 20 athletes in the 10,000-meter run with a school-record time of 31 minutes, 36.70 seconds. The all-NESCAC team award is his first at Hamilton. The top three finishers in all individual and relay events at the NESCAC meet earn a spot on the all-conference team.

Bickard will compete in the 2011 New York State Collegiate Track Conference championships at Rensselaer in Troy, N.Y., on Friday and Saturday, May 6 and 7.
