Hamilton College competed at the multi-divisional, non-team scoring Marc Deneault Memorial Invitational at Cornell University's Barton Hall on Feb. 20.
Graham Sadler ’13 finished in third place in the high jump with a height of 1.89 meters (6-2 ¼). Sadler's mark was the best by a Division III athlete. In the pole vault, Jimmy Alexis ‘13 took sixth place with a height of 4.20 meters (13-9 ¼).
James Grebey ‘12 claimed 10th place in a field of 43 athletes in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.95. Grebey owned the third-best time of all Division III athletes. Josh Orndorff ‘11 finished 11th of 37 participants in the shot put with a mark of 13.15 meters (43-1 ¾). Orndorff's mark was also third best in Division III.
Hamilton will compete at the 2010 New York State Collegiate Track Conference championships at Rochester Institute of Technology on Feb. 26 and 27.
