Four Hamilton College athletes finished first in five events as the Continentals hosted the non-team scoring Hamilton Mid-Week Meet at Pritchard Track on April 20.

Sam Reider '14 captured first place in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.56 seconds. Dylan Thayer '13 crossed the finish line first in the 1,500-meter run in 4:23.00.

Jeffrey Blackburn '13 was first in the long jump with a mark of 6.05 meters, and first in the triple jump at 12.13 meters. Jake London '14 claimed the top spot in the high jump with a height of 1.73 meters. Josh Orndorff '11 took second place in the hammer throw with a distance of 42.68 meters.

The Continentals host the Hamilton Invitational on Saturday, April 23, at 11 a.m.
