'No Sweat' Movement Gains Ground on Nation's Campuses

More than 100 colleges and universities have agreed to join the Fair Labor Association, a sweatshop-monitoring group formed by a White House task force that includes apparel firms led by Nike and Liz Claiborne and human-rights organizations. The association, however, is just getting off the ground after more than two years of planning... The following colleges and universities have signed on to work with the Fair Lbor Association to determine whether garmet makers are manufacturing clothing that bears their school name or seal under sweatshop conditions:...
