Ben Salzman '14 and Professor of Music Samuel Pellman recently presented a new work, Selected Galaxies: Spirals, at the Kyma International Sound Symposium, hosted by St. Cloud State University, in Minnesota, in September. Pellman performed a Kyma digital music system live while Salzman simultaneously performed a live video mix of animated digital photographs of distant galaxies.
Pellman and Salzman will once again present this work, completed as part of their Emerson Grant collaboration, on campus on Sunday Nov. 11, at 3 p.m., in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center.
