Rachel B. Cackett ’13, a double major in geosciences and art, presented a poster titled “A Laboratory Exercise for Paleontology: Environmental Analysis Using Invertebrate Fossils” at the 48th Annual Meeting of the Geological Society of America – Northeastern Section.

This conference celebrated the Geological Society of America’s 125th anniversary with a technical program consisting of symposia, theme, and general sessions, arranged in oral and poster format.  The conference was held in Bretton Woods, N.H., on March 18-20. The work Cackett presented was based on her senior thesis with Professor of Geosciences Cynthia Domack.
