Sindy Subance von Ziegesar '01 recently launched Coco Bebe, an all-natural, organic coconut oil moisturizer that’s great for baby and mom. Sindy describes this product as, "a daily and bedtime massage moisturizer, to treat baby eczema and cradle cap, stretch marks and so much more!"

The mission of the company is to bring the goodness of The Coconut to all. Coco Bebe is based on Sindy’s mom’s old Trinidadian coconut recipe, which has been used to soothe and comfort babies for decades. After researching the amazing benefits of coconut oil, she not only started to use it on her two kids, Augie and Lily, but became very passionate about launching a brand that would provide these benefits to babies and women everywhere.

Inspired by her days on the hill learning about the entrepreneurial spirit Sindy has launched Coco Bebe. She was a Communications major at Hamilton and received her Master’s of Strategic Communications from Columbia University. Sindy was in the society group Phi Beta. In 2010 she married Alex von Ziegesar, and has two kids now and lives in New Canaan, CT.
