St. Lawrence used a 5-0 run midway through the third quarter to pull away from Hamilton and win its fifth straight game after an 0-7 start. Jason Crosbie powered the Saints' offensive attack with five goals and four assists and Mark Cannella added four goals and two assists. St. Lawrence jumped out to an early 5-1 lead, but Hamilton rallied and closed to within one after a goal by James Walsh with 11:55 left in the third quarter. But the Saints would score 9 of the next 11 goals for the easy win. Jason Dewar had three goals and Mike Bumiller made 16 saves to lead Hamilton. Steve Diamond and John Schultz combined for 21 saves for St. Lawrence.

St. Lawrence (5-7): Jason Crosbie 5-4, Mark Cannella 4-2, Rudy Napolitano 2-2, Todd Twombly 2-0, Matt Fero 2-0, Dave Gibson 1-0, Dan Harrigan 1-0, Crispin Napolitano 0-1, Dennis Logan 0-1. John Schultz 11 saves, Steve Diamond 10 saves.

Hamilton (3-7): Jason Dewar 3-0, Matt Green 2-0, James Walsh 2-0, Darren Higgins 1-1, Owen Hall 1-0, Michael Coope 0-3, Whit McGraw 0-1, Bryant Rowean 0-1. Mike Bumiller 16 saves.
