Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher was unfazed by the presence of protesters as she told an audience in upstate New York she "was not aware of any atrocities" committed by former Chilean dictator Gen. Augusto Pinochet.
Thatcher made the comments during a guest lecture appearance at Hamilton College Thursday night.
