U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand came to Hamilton on Friday, March 5, to host an economic round table with community, business and government leaders. President Joan Stewart greeted the senator as she arrived at Eels House. Approximately two dozen attendees discussed major issues facing the area with the senator.

State Assemblywoman Roanne Destito; New York State Senator Joseph Griffo; Clinton Mayor Gil Goering; New York Department of Labor Region Representative Delores Caruso; Oneida County Legislators Patrick Brennan and Chad Davis; senior vice president, Mohawk Valley Edge, Shawna Papale; and Mohawk Valley and Clinton Chambers of Commerce representatives.
