A few years ago, Keith Foster says, he didn't really know what the United Nations was.  I thought it was a bunch of old guys sitting around a table, surrounded by flags," said the 20-year-old former Theodore resident.  "Punch a button, talk, and when it's over, go out and get a drink."  He knows more now.  In August, he'll travel to South Africa to attend the U.N. World Conference Against Racism, Xenophobia, and Other Related Intolerance... Foster, the son of Alton and Shirley Foster of Theodore, has a younger brother, Matthew, who is a student at McGill-Toolen High School.  Foster, a sophomore at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., is majoring in sociology and philosophy with a minor in physics.
